Residence Life endeavors to maintain an environment that honors Christ, encourages spiritual growth, and is conducive to academic success. Students are encouraged to live on campus and become part of this environment.

Director of Housing and Residence Life

Emily Sprowls oversees student housing, residence hall programming and initiatives, new student orientation, student conduct and disciplinary procedures. Emily previously worked in the Office of Admissions at TFC for 5 years, and has served in her housing role with the Division of Student Affairs since August 2013. Emily also enjoys serving as an Online Adjunct Professor for TFC.

Emily holds a membership with the Association for Christians in Student Development (ACSD) and enjoys exploring topics pertaining to residence life strategies and student retention. Resident Directors

Natalie Jorde is the Resident Director of both LeTourneau Hall and Fant Hall and oversees freshman and sophomore female students. Natalie served as a Resident Assistant and Assistant Resident Director during her college years. She has a deep passion for students to discover who God created them to be, and to grow into servants of God who advance His Kingdom through daily life in the TFC community. Lou Worsley is the Resident Director over upperclassmen students living in Terrace housing. She graduated from TFC in 1998 with a degree in Secondary English Education then moved with her husband to Minnesota where she taught both high school English and college freshman courses.  Upon returning to the TFC community in 2007, Lou supported her husband Rob’s ministry as Resident Director of the Forrest Residence Hall and taught several classes as an adjunct professor for TFC. Currently, Lou has a strong desire to see students discover their true identity in Christ so they can live freely as the people God dreamed them to be as they continue life beyond TFC. Saylo Lor is the Resident Director of Forrest Hall. During his time as a TFC student he served as a Resident Assistant for two years and Assistant Resident Director for one year. Saylo has a great desire to build a Christ-centered community and to develop men into godly servant leaders. He enjoys fishing, hiking, grilling, volleyball, and spending time with family and friends. He met his wife, Lala, here at TFC and they were married in 2013.
