Description: The Deluxe Medallion Frame is available either in all mahogany wood-tone, or mahogany wood-tone with gold trim. The double matting of black and metallic gold is embossed in gold foil below the diploma with Toccoa Falls College. Above the diploma is a gold medallion of the college seal.  The back is double-sealed and approved by the Library of Congress Instructions for mounting the diploma are included.
