How Podcasting works: All
of our content is in the MP3 audio file format which you can
download and listen to any way that you're comfortable with.
To
automatically receive the podcasts for our various programs
when new content is available you will need to do two
things: Download
an aggregator like iPodder
that supports RSS 2.0 with enclosures.
Then subscribe to the RSS feed
of the shows you are interested in.
Click on the 
button located to the right of each show and then copy the
URL line at the top into the add feed location on your
iPodder or other software and the new shows will be
delivered to you on the schedule you set up.
