Application Developer

The Application Developer supports the technology team in publishing content to the campus community through integrated systems. This position collaborates with the department in the design, development, and maintenance of web based applications. Responsibilities include key portions of the system development lifecycle, including writing, testing, documenting, installing, and maintaining custom code. The Application Developer reports directly to the Director of Information Services.
One-to-three years of professional experience in development environment and/or equivalent experience and education is preferred. Programing experience, preferably in PHP, HTML, JAVA and JavaScript is preferred. Database experience with SQL and MySQL. Experience with JAVA and portal environments would be considered an asset.
