Gabrielle “Gaby” Ellis from Huntingtown, Maryland, has committed to the Toccoa Falls Lady Eagles soccer and Coach Jake Warren. Ellis’ signature is the fifth new recruit for the 2014 Lady Eagles.

Gaby graduated from Grace Christian Academy where she was a four year starter for GCA. As a sophomore, she was named to the Maryland Independent Schools Athletic League (MISAL) first team, and led her team with 10 assists. Gaby was elected as team captain her senior season. Additionally, she was again voted to the MISAL all-league team and received GCA’s Best Offensive Player award. Gaby also gained playing experience with the Calvert Soccer Association (CSA).

“Gaby is a skilled player that will help us in the attacking phase of the game,” said Coach Warren. “Her natural ability to score and distribute the ball will add an important element to our team. Gaby’s passion for the game and her walk with Christ are exactly the qualities we want in our program.”

The daughter of Robert and Tammie Ellis, Gaby plans to major in Middle Grades Education and Bible at Toccoa Falls. Gaby said of TFC, “I am excited to follow God’s plan for my life, and to be able to play at TFC.”
