Dr. Gary Chapman Speaking at Grace Chapel, April 24
Toccoa Falls, GA – Dr. Gary Chapman, author of The Five Love Languages, will be speaking at Grace Chapel on the campus of Toccoa Falls College, Thursday, April 24, at seven o’clock in the evening. This event is being sponsored by the First United Methodist Church in Toccoa, Georgia.
Dr. Chapman will be speaking in two sessions. In session one he will cover the five love languages and in session two he will speak on the five languages of apology. The tickets are five dollars and can be purchased in advance at First United Methodist Church, 283 East Tugalo Street, (706) 886-9446. They also can be purchased at the door.
Dr. Chapman seeks to fulfill his call to the ministry as a pastor, speaker, and author. He speaks extensively throughout the United States and internationally on marriage, family, and relationships. Sales exceeding four million copies earned him the Platinum Book Award from the Evangelical Publisher’s Association for The Five Love Languages, which has been translated into over 34 languages.
Dr. Chapman earned his Ph.D. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, his M.A. in anthropology from Wake Forrest University, and his B.A. in anthropology from Wheaton College. He has completed graduate work in adult education and education psychology from Duke University and the University of North Carolina.
