Chair, Communication Department; Assistant Professor of Communication
Professor Wanner joined the TFC faculty in 2006 as an assistant professor of Communication. He is a native of Hackensack, New Jersey and served six years as a pastor in Massachusetts. He also was a professor at Gordon College for four years before coming to TFC.
Professor Wanner has been published in the Media Ecology Association Journal and was a contributing writer for the Archaeology Study Bible. He has presented at various media and cinema conferences and produced a documentary focusing on the health services on the island of Haiti for the Haitian Biomedical Foundation, a non-profit organization attempting to improve medical facilities in Haiti. He previously served as a Senior Pastor in Reading, MA and Youth Minister in Rehoboth, MA.
