|||Pay $200 Non-refundable Deposit
Submit online or call your Admissions Counselor and make the payment by phone.
|||Complete Pre-Registration & Housing Preference Forms|
|||Send Final/Official Transcripts and Test Scores
All final high school transcripts must include your actual graduation date and be mailed in a sealed envelope from the high school.
Final college transcript(s) must include final grades from most recent semester and be mailed in a sealed envelope from the college.
Official SAT/ACT scores must be mailed from the high school, CollegeBoard or ACT.
Adjustments to your financial aid may be necessary based upon final, un-weighted, cumulative GPA.

Questions regarding the medical form can be submitted to our Office of Health Services at email@example.com.
The Consent for Treatment form is required for students under age 18 and is due by August 21, 2012.
|||Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
To maximize your financial aid award, it is recommended that you complete the FAFSA. The TFC Federal ID number is 001596.
|||Complete the HOPE & GTEG (Georgia Tuition Equalization Grant) Application|
|||Submit Financial Aid Award Letter
Accept/Decline/Adjust items on your award letter and submit to the Office of Financial Aid (Fax: 706-282-6041).
|||Complete Paperwork for Student, Parent and/or Alternative Loans
Complete Master Promissory Notes (MPNs), Entrance Counseling and request form for Parent PLUS Loan, if applicable.
|||Balance Student Account by August 1, 2013
Your student account must be paid/balanced by August 1, 2013 and your bill can be viewed on your myTFC account. If you have questions about your balance, please contact your Admissions Counselor.
|||Review Class Schedule
Your class schedule will be created for you by our Registrar and will be viewable through your myTFC Self Service account when it is complete. If you have any questions, please contact your Admissions Counselor.
|||Complete Mailbox Registration
Submit your mailbox registration and $15 key deposit through your myTFC account: Forms Online – Mailbox Registration Form.
|||Complete Vehicle Registration
Upon receipt of your room/roommate assignment, you can register your vehicle for a parking permit (fee is included in the Student Fee). Commuting students can register for this permit upon approval of their Off-Campus Housing Form.

|||Prospective Athletes: Submit Sports Qualifying Forms
Sports Qualifying Forms can be found on your myTFC account: Forms Online – Sports Qualifying Form.
A current sports physical (within one year) must be reported on these forms and submitted to the Athletic Department in order to obtain eligibility to play. Prospective student athletes should be prepared to pay a $50 sports fee (payable in cash or check only) upon making the team. NOTE: This fee cannot be applied to the student’s bill.

Information can be found regarding dress code, chapel requirements, student organizations and many other aspects of student life at TFC. Please note that the new handbook for the 2013-2014 school year has not yet been completed so there may be a few changes.

The Office of Student Development will send your housing and roommate information after August 1st.
