On Thursday, May 12, Toccoa Falls College President Dr. Wayne Gardner and his wife Donna were honored at an afternoon reception. Later that evening, family, friends, and invited guests gathered for a dinner at Gate Cottage to pay tribute to his life of service at TFC and to the Toccoa community. Dr. Gardner announced his retirement last year as the college’s sixth president. At the end of June, he will become President Emeritus.

Dr. Gardner graduated from Toccoa Falls in 1969. He was elected President of the college’s Alumni Association in 1977.
