The poor are celebrating in Mozambique, Africa – thanks to the generous response of the Toccoa Falls Radio listening family. WRAF held a two day fundraiser with Cross International (August 7&8, 2013) to help orphaned children. Through this outpouring of support 834 children will now receive food, shelter and instruction in the Gospel for a full year. Bryan Race, WRAF’s General Manager, said; “This was our third year partnering with Cross International and the level of response grows with each event. We truly believe this project demonstrates Jesus’ heart and glorifies His name!”

To date, friends of Toccoa Falls Radio have rescued over 2,000 children who have lost their parents due to the AIDS pandemic. Race went on to note, “A bright future is on the horizon as the love of God invades Mozambique in such a tangible and powerful way.”  The need is still great among the orphans in Mozambique and contributions are still being received by clicking here.
