To send a work order request to the Maintenance Department, please take time to fill out the form below. Be as thorough as possible in describing your work request. This work request will be e-mailed to the Maintenance Department, and you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your request. Please, only include work requests for the Maintenance Department. This would include things like: air conditioning, heating, electrical, carpentry, grounds, painting, and custodial. Thank you for taking the time to fill out this request. We will do our best to handle each request in a timely and orderly fashion.
