Enroll Online!
Enrolling online is simple, secure, and easy. Connect to the
FACTS e-Cashier Web site by clicking the 'e-cashier' link
below.
Once you are in e-Cashier, review all information and refer to the
menu bar at the top for additional answers to questions you may have.
After you have accepted the Terms and Conditions and submitted your
agreement you will receive an immediate e-mail (if email address was
provided). This e-mail message will confirm receipt of your
enrollment through FACTS e-Cashier.
How FACTS Works
You may budget your tuition and fees one of two ways:
1. Automatic Bank Payment (ACH)-
ACH payments are those you have authorized FACTS to process directly
with your financial institution (checking/savings account). It is
simply a bank-to-bank transfer of funds that you have pre-approved for
your expenses at Toccoa Falls College. Payments may be made
from either your checking or savings account.
Payments are processed on the 5th of each month and will continue until
the balance is paid in full.
2. Credit Card Option-
You have the option of charging your monthly tuition payment to
MasterCard, Discover Card or American Express. This enables you to
take advantage of various bonus programs offered by your credit card
company. If you elect to use this option, your monthly payment
along with a convenience fee will be automatically charged to the credit
card you designate. The monthly convenience fee is in addition
to the nonrefundable Enrollment Fee. Payments will be charged on
the 5th of each month until the balance is paid in full. If
you wish to use this option you may enroll by registering online through
e-Cashier or by calling FACTS at 800-609-8056.
