Toccoa Falls College designed the Leadership Scholarship program for
10 new freshmen that demonstrate leadership
experience and the potential to continue in their leadership development
at TFC. Qualifying students will have a high school gpa of
3.0 or higher and an ACT score of 22 or SAT score of 1050. The scholarship is for up to
$6,000 per academic year and is
renewable for up to four years by maintaining leadership standards and a
cumulative grade point average of 2.75 at TFC. Please consult the
current TFC catalog for policies governing institutional financial aid
and the leadership scholarship. When you are ready, you can apply online

this page.
Essay Questions
The questions asked are different from the testimony submitted with
the application for admission. Each answer must be no more than 200
words.
- Describe your concept of leadership and how it applies to
Christian higher education.
- Describe your leadership roles within the last three years.
- Describe how you see yourself serving in a leadership role at TFC.
Please be specific about clubs, organizations, activities, or
ministries.
Letters of Recommendation
These letters of recommendation are different from the reference
provided as part of the application for admission process. The student
should select two individuals (non-relatives) that have observed the
student in a leadership capacity. They might include a club sponsor or
advisor at high school, employer, church or community leader. The
individuals writing the letters of recommendation should first
identify how they are acquainted with the student. Each letter should
then speak to the student’s character qualities, effectiveness in past
or current leadership roles, and potential for leadership development
at Toccoa Falls College. Letters should be directly from the

Deadline
The Office of Admissions must receive all leadership scholarship
materials by April 1, 2008. The Office of Admissions will notify
scholarship winners in writing by April 15, 2008. The non-refundable
$200 deposit must be paid by May 1, 2008 to retain the award.
Students applying for this scholarship must have already been accepted
to TFC.
