You may use your student id card as a “debit” card at any ARAMARK food location at TFC, including Gate Cottage Restaurant. Your credit balance declines as you make purchases. A bonus of $5 is added to the account for each $50 credited. Tax is not charged to purchases made with a declining balance in the Dining Hall, Eagle’s Nest, the convenience store located at the front of the TFC dining hall, or Gate Cottage. Therefore, your actual bonus including this tax savings is $11 for each $100 credited. Any unused portion of the declining balance is non-refundable.

For declining balances purchased with credit card, echeck, or credit on account, your declining balance will be activated the next business day, i.e. if you complete the form online Friday it will be activated on Monday.  For declining balances purchased with cash your declining balance will be activated the next business day after you bring in your payment.
