Student Ministry Leveling: Beginning Spring 2006 students are recommended to follow the process of the levels for Student Ministry this will encourage the students to grow in their ministry experience throughout their time here at Toccoa Falls College. Each level is described below to explain the leveling process.

100 Level: Level 100 ministries would be for freshman and sophomore students starting out with their first student ministry. We want the students to serve the community through their ministry. Therefore, these ministries focus primarily on community service.

200 Level: Level 200 ministries would be for students who are in an indirect evangelism and discipleship ministry. Ministries at this level would help the students learn to serve in a team or group setting where they do not yet have primary “one-on-one” responsibilities. This level will continue to help the students to grow in the area of service, but will also challenge them in new types of ministry.

300 Level: Level 300 ministries allow students to have direct evangelism experiences while building relationships with people in the community and the ministry setting. Ministries at this level will present students with the opportunity for intentional relationships where the primary goal is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.

400 Level: Level 400 ministries will be for students in leadership roles on campus or in churches or community ministries. Ministries at this level are meant to assist students in their desire to grow as Christian servant leaders who will impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ.
