How to Request a Transcript
In order to request a transcript, please complete the appropriate transcript request form, which can be accessed through the links below. The request can be sent to the Toccoa Falls College Registrar’s Office by:
- faxing the request to 706.282.6011
- mailing the form to

Wesley College transcripts require a fee of $5 which is payable through a check mailed to Toccoa Falls College or through payment with the Credit Card Payment Here.
Transcripts cannot be released without your written signature, so telephone requests cannot be honored. If you are a current TFC student that would like to obtain a copy of your Unnofficial Transcript (a transcript which will not serve the interest of obtaining transfer credit), please refer to your Self-Service account. The Registrar’s Office does not issue unofficial transcripts, so former TFC students must use the above transcript request form.
If you cannot access the above form but would like to request a transcript, please submit a letter that includes the following: your name, dates of attendance, where the transcript is to be sent, your signature, phone number, and your student ID number (if unavailable, please put your birthday or Social Security number).
