Cross-Cultural Business Administration Major
(listed under the World Missions Department and Business Administration Department)
Cross-Cultural Business Administration is an interdisciplinary degree that integrates missiological principles with business principles to prepare students in the area of international business. With knowledge of cross-cultural principles, a student in this major is enabled to enter creative access countries (CACs) with a marketable skill. This could be as a mission field business manager, developing micro-enterprises, or needing multinational business or another organizational skills. The graduate with this degree could help develop economically viable community projects that would enhance the living standard of the community and financial resources to the local and worldwide church. This degree establishes the foreign worker in an acceptable role in communities that disparage professional religious workers.
