How did you choose TFC? My husband, Rand, and I were looking for a reputable Christian College that welcomed non-traditional students and were referred to Toccoa Falls College through a friend of the family. After our initial visit, we knew God led us to this campus for a specific purpose. From our Admissions Counselor, to our Financial Aid representative to the married student we spoke to in the Student Center…everyone communicated the same message: Toccoa Falls College is an incredible, Christ-centered and engaging place to be. Rand is a counseling/psychology major and will graduate in 2008.

How did you meet your spouse? I met Rand at a Young Life (YL) retreat in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia. After sharing his testimony with the YL audience we had our first conversation. Two years later we were married.

What was your major? Speech Communication at the University of Minnesota, Morris

Any advice for incoming students? The same thing my father told me when I left home…learn to:

    * Balance your checkbook
    * Do the laundry w/o turning your socks pink
    * Create a budget
    * Check the oil in your car

What is your favorite reality TV show? Dog – The Bounty Hunter
