Women's Soccer Team Receives NISOA Team Sportsmanship Award at National Tournament

Intensity, Hard Work, Physical Conditioning and Spiritual Growth are the four aspects most emphasized in the Women’s Soccer program.  The coaching staff is looking for players who want to fulfill these four commitments.

While continually developing the strength and quality of the team, our primary focus will be placed in two main areas.  Developing a strong defense that will successfully hold the opponents offense in check and applying pressure on the ball all over the field.

This years team will be trying to build on its second place finish in the Region and fourth place finish at the NCCAA DII National Tournament.  

The coaching staff consists of two former players of Toccoa Falls College. Head Coach Russ Bowman is a two-time All-American Defender and a member of the National Tournament All-Tournament Team. Bowman's focus is primarily on the defensive aspects of the game. Coach Bowman is assisted by Erin Fleming. Erin is a two-time All-Region Midfielder. Her focus will primarily be on the offensive aspects of the game.
